From the beginning of 2009 I am senior researcher developing and coordinating the education and research activities on service design in connection to Service Factory. During autumn I was professor in the School of Design during. Before that I worked as coordinator in the Design Connections graduate school. I defended my doctoral dissertation titled Design Probes in October 2006.
